This is a plain-language draft prepared to match how the MindRight app actually works. It is not legal advice, and Affiliate Alliance LLC intends to have it reviewed by counsel. By using the MindRight app or this website, you agree to the terms below.
MindRight is built and operated by Affiliate Alliance LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("MindRight," "we," "us," "our").
MindRight is a mobile app offering short, guided meditation sessions for stress, focus, and sleep. The app is free to use and supported by ads. An optional ad-free subscription is available at $2.99 per month, billed through the App Store or Google Play depending on where you downloaded the app, auto-renewing until cancelled.
Free trial. New subscribers get 14 days free. You are charged nothing during the trial. If you do not cancel before the 14 days are up, the subscription begins and the first $2.99 is charged automatically, then monthly after that. Cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged at all. One trial per store account; Apple and Google each decide eligibility, and if your account is not eligible the app shows the plain monthly price instead.
Cancelling. Cancel any time in your store account settings: App Store Subscriptions, or Play Store Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not shorten a period you have already paid for, and you keep the ad-free tier until that period ends. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's own refund policies, not by us.
MindRight is intended for users age 13 and older. If you're under 13, please don't use the app or provide us any information.
MindRight is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including any mental health condition. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), reachable from the app's Get Help screen at any time, signed in or not. Don't use MindRight while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your full attention. Sessions are meant for a safe, still moment, so pull over or wait until you're settled.
Signing in uses your existing Google or Apple account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure. You can delete your MindRight account and its locally stored data at any time from Settings → Delete My Account, or by requesting deletion without the app.

The MindRight app, its guided session scripts, audio recordings, the guide personas (Marcus, Renee, and Cam), and this website are the property of Affiliate Alliance LLC. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial listening. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the audio content without our written permission.
MindRight is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affiliate Alliance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above and describe the change plainly on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, matching Affiliate Alliance LLC's state of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
